Taylor Made 2009 Burner Irons

I am really excited about golf this week. Why? Glad you asked. I ordered the new Taylor Made 2009 Burner irons with a 3 and 4 hybrid almost two weeks ago and I'm thinking this will be the week that they get here. My poor Titleist 704CBs have been so good to me over the past 6 years (2005 Texas State Open qualifier not withstanding), but it was time for an upgrade.

I know there will be a "getting used to" period with the new sticks, but I'm excited to get them in and try them out. Every time that Nick Faldo commercial comes on where he's hitting them and they show a close up pics of the irons, I just pause it and smile for a bit.

They look really cool, too. I guess Jerrod is wearing off on me. Style does matter...
